EMDUIT and BrokerBot

What is EMDUIT?

EMDUIT gives real estate brokerages an AI workforce that is already built to work. Your agents get an Executive Assistant, and your brokerage gets Apprentices for follow-up, client communication, marketing, coaching, onboarding and transaction coordination. EMDUIT builds, implements and continuously optimizes that workforce on the BrokerBot platform.

How do EMDUIT and BrokerBot work together?

BrokerBot provides the platform: the AI teammates, the connections to your email, calendar and tools, and the ability to take action. EMDUIT provides the Apprentices, workflows, guardrails, training and monthly optimization that make that platform useful for your brokerage on day one. In short: BrokerBot gives AI hands. EMDUIT gives it judgment.

Is EMDUIT another AI tool my agents have to learn?

No. Agents find the job, click it, and answer what the Apprentice asks. There are no prompting classes, no workflows to build and no blank chat box to figure out. Agents can also reach their Apprentice by phone, text or email instead of logging in.

Do we need to replace the tools we already use?

No. EMDUIT works with the systems your brokerage already relies on, through BrokerBot’s connections. The goal is to get more out of your current stack, not to add another disconnected platform.

AI adoption and ROI

Why aren’t agents using the AI accounts the brokerage already pays for?

Because most agents are handed access, not a workflow. A blank AI account asks agents to know what to ask and how to ask it. EMDUIT Apprentices start with the work itself, so agents get value the first time they use them.

How does a brokerage actually get ROI from AI?

Returns come from repeatable use, staff adoption and workflows tied to brokerage outcomes, not from occasional prompting. EMDUIT focuses on daily execution across follow-up, client communication, listings, transactions, recruiting and retention.

What does “from AI access to actual execution” mean?

It means the AI does more than answer questions. It understands the user’s role, the next step, the right tone and the risk boundaries, and helps them complete the work, with a person approving anything that goes to a client.

EMDUIT Apprentices

What is an EMDUIT Apprentice?

An Apprentice is a role-specific AI work system built around a real job, such as following up with a lead, preparing a listing package or reviewing a transaction file. It knows the work, asks the right questions and prepares the next step.

Which Apprentices are included?

Core Apprentices include Follow-Up, Client Communication, Social Media Momentum, Property Package and THE COACH, a Friday performance coach that reviews the whole account. Agents start with a guided Launch My EMDUIT Account setup, and the workforce also includes 20+ workflows such as the Transaction Coordinator. Your demo will show the full current list.

How is an Apprentice different from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot?

The model is general. The Apprentice is built around the work. Large language models supply the intelligence; Apprentices apply it to a specific professional role, with the context, structure and guardrails that role needs.

What can agents use Apprentices for?

The work they repeat every week: lead and past-client follow-up, open house follow-up, replies to tricky messages, objection responses, social content, listing launches, price updates, database reactivation and staying on top of deadlines.

What does the Transaction Coordinator do?

It reviews transaction documents, tracks deadlines, surfaces items that need attention, such as an approaching contingency or a missing signature, and prepares drafts for the next step. AI finds what needs attention. Your people decide what to do about it.

Can Apprentices add work to my calendar?

Yes. Apprentices can add deadlines, follow-ups, marketing, coaching and client outreach to a connected calendar, using reminders for things that should stay visible and time blocks for work that needs protected time.

Does the Apprentice get to know how I work?

Yes. The Launch My EMDUIT Account setup teaches your Apprentices who you are and how you work. From there, your Apprentice becomes more aligned over time through guided profile and voice updates, such as making drafts warmer, shorter or more direct.

Setup and connections

What does setup look like?

For a brokerage, EMDUIT builds out your environment: your policies, procedures, training and brokerage knowledge, plus the connections your team needs. Each agent then completes a guided Launch My EMDUIT Account setup, step by step, and starts using their Apprentices.

What does it connect to?

Current BrokerBot connections include Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Follow Up Boss, Canva, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, with additional CRM and transaction-management connections in beta or on the way. Some systems, such as kvCORE and KW Command, are connected during your brokerage build-out. Ask us about your specific stack.

Can EMDUIT build inside our own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot account?

For quality control and long-term reliability, EMDUIT recommends deploying inside BrokerBot or an EMDUIT-approved environment. Private deployment in a client-owned account is available for organizations that require it, but it involves additional setup, access management, QA and maintenance, and the account must pass an environment review first.

Brokerages and franchises

Can our brokerage knowledge live in EMDUIT?

Yes. Training, policy updates, procedures and office announcements can live inside EMDUIT, so your knowledge doesn’t disappear after the meeting. Agents can ask their Apprentice about it anytime.

Can EMDUIT help our staff get agents using AI?

Yes. EMDUIT supports adoption with Apprentice introductions, first tasks for new users, 30-day adoption sequences, usage reinforcement and troubleshooting guidance for staff.

Can EMDUIT help with recruiting and retention?

Does EMDUIT work for franchises and multi-office organizations?

Yes. Large organizations are deployed as a role-based rollout: core Apprentices for every agent, leadership workflows for brokers, managers, team leaders and recruiters, plus training, support and monthly optimization. Organizations with more than 250 users are on enterprise pricing, based on user count.

Compliance, approval and safety

Will the AI send messages or post without my approval?

No. The standard is simple: AI prepares, a human approves, and BrokerBot sends. Apprentices draft, prioritize, recommend and organize. They do not send, post or take client-facing action unless that specific workflow has been explicitly pre-approved.

2:27

Can AI help with Fair Housing, advertising, TCPA or disclosure concerns?

Apprentices can flag potential risk areas for human review, such as Fair Housing language, advertising concerns and disclosure reminders. They do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee compliance.

1:54

Why does EMDUIT stress test its Apprentices?

Because AI is not a set-and-forget system. Apprentices are tested for immediate value, role awareness, safety, human-approval safeguards and task-forward behavior, and they are re-tested as models, platforms and users change.

Plans, pricing and support

How is EMDUIT priced?

EMDUIT is priced by account, not by user, and it stays simple: the EMDUIT monthly fee matches your BrokerBot subscription for the same plan, plus a small one-time onboarding fee based on the size of your brokerage. Plans cover a team account for 2 to 11 users, a brokerage account for 12 to 250 users, and enterprise pricing based on user count for organizations over 250 users. BrokerBot bills its platform fee under your own BrokerBot agreement and EMDUIT bills the EMDUIT fee, so you always see both. We walk through exact numbers on a demo call.

What does onboarding include?

Onboarding is the one-time build that gets your AI workforce live: your brokerage knowledge base, your team structures and group training, with each agent completing their own guided Launch My EMDUIT Account setup. The fee is small and based on the size of your brokerage, because a brokerage build is a bigger job than a team build. If you start as a team and expand to a brokerage, the team onboarding fee you already paid is credited. Onboarding fees are nonrefundable.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. EMDUIT is month-to-month, with no minimum commitment, and either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. You can move between plans with written notice, and your EMDUIT fee never changes without your written election.

What does the monthly subscription include?

All Apprentices available in your environment and their workflows, ongoing coaching and support, a monthly ROI report delivered on the 1st of each month, account management, and continued maintenance, monitoring and testing. The first deployment gets your Apprentices live; the monthly subscription makes them smarter, sharper and more aligned over time.

What happens if an Apprentice starts to drift or miss the mark?

EMDUIT catches it, revises it, versions it and re-tests it before redeploying, so the Apprentice stays useful and current.

How do we get support?

Email info@emduit.com. Subscribers also get a call-or-text support line, shared during onboarding. Our support standard is a response within one business day.
